A loong time ago I promised someone to take a picture that would look like the painting you see below. Last night when I was walking some New York City streets I passed by this spot and remembered my overdue assignment. This girl happened to pass by, willing to pose for a few minutes.
A five second exposure while standing on the street close by San Diego International Airport. Southwest Airlines planes work well for this kind of stuff.
Spontaneous idea with a zoom lens last night. That's definitely something one could experiment with for a while.
