Amsterdam

A picture from last Sunday. Now that I'm back in Europe, I will of course enjoy photographing it. There are a bunch of things that give Amsterdam a unique look: the city is full of little canals, almost everything is built from bricks, and almost everybody is riding bicycles. How does such a cute place get to have such a big red light district? I don't know. What I do know is that you should visit it at least once - Amsterdam, I mean. (shop link)

El Capitolio

This might be my favorite picture from Havana, or at least it was the one I was most excited about at the time I took it. Probably because this building is being photographed so much, and because I had the rare opportunity to capture it in such a way. In case you would like to own a print of it, I have it in the store already - just follow this link. The two pictures below are also available now.

Havana Balconies

In Cuba it is very common to paint walls completely turquoise and use bright neon lamps to light the rooms. The turquoise light shining through the windows gives a really cool touch to night images. There is lots of detail in this one. I think you will much more enjoy this image when you look at the larger version.
